What WeSouthlake is

WeSouthlake is an independent, editorially maintained directory of family and kids’ activities, classes, and services in and around Southlake, Texas. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Carroll ISD, the City of Southlake, or the businesses and organizations we list. References to schools, districts, or places are for identification and location only.

Accuracy, and your own due diligence

We research each listing and show when it was last verified, but details change — hours, prices, ages, schedules, and offerings can all be out of date. Listings are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Always confirm details directly with the business before relying on them.

Important: We do not vet, screen, endorse, or guarantee any listed business, provider, instructor, facility, or program, and we are not responsible for the services they provide or your interactions with them. Choosing a provider for your child is your decision — please do your own due diligence, including any safety, licensing, and background checks you consider appropriate.

Listings, corrections, and paid placement

• Listings are selected and written by our editorial team. Businesses do not control, author, or edit their own listings.
• To report an out-of-date detail or suggest a listing, use our suggestion forms. We review submissions but don’t promise to act on any particular one.
• Some businesses pay for enhanced placement (“Partners”). Paid placement is disclosed on the Site. Paying does not buy editorial control, favorable wording, or a guarantee of inclusion.

Intellectual property

The Site’s editorial content, descriptions, and the compilation and arrangement of listings are owned by us and protected by law. You may not scrape, copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without permission (see also our robots.txt, which permits AI search/citation crawlers but disallows AI training crawlers). Business names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site — no automated scraping or harvesting, no attempts to disrupt the Site, and no abuse of our forms.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeSouthlake is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
