Camp Urbie is run with Snapology STEAM, in weekly sessions offered as a full day or a half day, either mornings or afternoons. The camps page lists twelve 2026 summer weeks, June 1 to August 21, all now past.

Our take

Urban Air is the big-box option, an indoor park where the draw is sheer variety. Beyond the wall-to-wall trampolines you get climbing walls, a ropes course, a warrior-style obstacle course, tube slides, a Sky Rider zipline, an indoor sports court, and go-karts, which are being rebuilt as part of the park's current refit. For a kid who just needs to run until they're wrung out, there's a lot to do under one roof, and the membership pricing makes sense fast if you end up going more than a few times a year.

Set your expectations for what a park this size actually is. It's loud and busy, and on a weekend or a rainy day it's packed — it's a high-volume park with a middling rating, the profile of a place a lot of families use. It skews toward elementary-age kids and up who can handle the bigger attractions; there are gentler options for little ones, but a two-year-old will get a fraction of the value an eight-year-old does. And the park is mid-refit right now, rebuilding its go-karts as what it calls an all-new experience, with some areas unavailable while the work goes on, so it's worth checking before you promise your kid a specific ride. Take it for what it is: a reliable, do-everything energy-burner and a well-oiled birthday-party machine, not a calm afternoon.

Local Tips

The park is on West Southlake Boulevard, on the west side of town. A few things that trip up first-timers:

  • Urban Air socks are required and cost extra, so either buy them there every visit or hold onto a pair — grippy socks from another park won't do.
  • Any child under sixteen needs a parent or guardian in the building, so this isn't a drop-off.
  • The go-karts are temporarily unavailable while they are rebuilt as part of the refit (the park bills them as an all-new experience), so don't promise your kid a ride yet. One all-day ticket now covers every attraction that's open, so there's no separate tier to buy up to.
  • The park is being refitted right now, and it says some areas may be temporarily unavailable while the work goes on — worth a check before you drive over for one particular attraction. It's also giving every guest who visits during the construction a buy-one-get-one-free pass to come back for the reopening, so a visit made now is a second visit banked.
  • Camp Urbie runs kids' camps in full-day and half-day options (mornings or afternoons), pitched at a day off school or a longer break; camp prices aren't posted right now, so ask.

Urban Air Southlake is a franchise location of the national Urban Air Adventure Park brand; there's no single named owner-instructor, and it operates as a supervised facility rather than a coached program. The relevant standards are operational: children under sixteen must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times in the park, Urban Air grip socks and a signed waiver are required to jump, and each attraction carries its own height and eligibility limits that staff enforce. The park describes an emphasis on guest-safety procedures across its attractions.
