Class tuition is not posted online — contact the gym for current rates and to enroll; a second weekly class earns a discount. The one rate the gym has published is for summer camp, on its own flyer: $90 a day or $200 a week, drop-ins welcome for an additional fee. Those are the 2026 summer sessions, now concluded, so treat them as an indication of the camp rate rather than a current price.

Summer camp runs as themed weekly sessions, Monday–Thursday 9am–12pm, for ages 4–12, across June and July into the first week of August. The 2026 run was nine sessions from June 1 to August 6, with the week of June 28–July 2 closed, and has concluded — ask the gym for next summer's dates.

Our take

Top Flight is a gymnastics gym that runs both ends of the sport under one roof. The recreational side is broad and low-pressure: open-enrollment classes year-round — no sessions to wait for — covering preschool, boys' and girls' gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja classes for kids who just want to move. You can book a free ten-minute skill evaluation before committing to anything.

The other end is a serious, invite-only competitive gymnastics team that trains toward Junior Olympic meets and has sent gymnasts on to college programs. For a family, that combination is the useful part: a child can start in a rec class with no expectations, and the pathway to a competitive team is right there if the interest and the skill show up — without changing gyms to find it.

Local Tips

The gym is on Crooked Lane in Southlake, and it was voted Best Place for Gymnastics in Northeast Tarrant County by Best of Southlake 76092 Magazine in 2022. A couple of practical notes from its FAQ:

  • Recreational enrollment is open year-round, so you can start any week.
  • Parents stay and take class alongside the youngest "Tots".
  • A second weekly class earns a discount.

Free skill evaluations run on weekday afternoons — a low-commitment way to see whether the fit is right before you enroll.

Credentials

Top Flight was founded and is led by owner Scott Taylor. The competitive coaching staff has, by the gym's account, roughly 80 years of combined competitive-coaching experience, with a core team that has worked together for over a decade; the gym says it has placed 10 gymnasts into college gymnastics. Individual coach certifications aren't detailed on the site.
