$103 - $147

  • The September 2026 increase has taken effect. Monthly tuition in the booking grid is $107 for the 55-minute classes — Pre Gym, Beginner, Advanced Beginner and Tumbling — and $147 for the longer 1-hour-25-minute Intermediate and Advanced classes. Parent & Tot is still $103.
  • Note the gym's banner advertises the longer classes at $149/month while every row in its own booking grid reads $147, and the same banner puts a $107 floor on all 55-minute classes while Parent & Tot books at $103. The grid is what you are charged at enrollment.
  • A $40 annual registration fee applies ($30 per additional child), with a 10% sibling/second-class discount.
  • Tuition is a monthly fee averaging four classes a month over a full year, not a per-class price.
  • Day camps are $70/day (summer and school break) or $60/day (spring break).
  • Parents Night Out is $30–$40, and the in-house Level Up competition entry is $65.
  • Birthday parties start at $320 for up to 10 children.

What's offered

Open-enrollment gymnastics runs an age- and skill-graded ladder — Parent & Tot (ages 1–3), Pre Gym 1 & 2, Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced — plus a separate Tumbling class (ages 8–17), all bookable online with live openings and waitlists. Recreational in-house "Level Up" competitions let enrolled students attempt to advance a level. Classes run on weekdays and Saturday mornings; day camps run in summer and over school breaks. Book online or contact the gym for current class times.

Our take

Sunbelt is a recreational gymnastics gym, and a long-tenured one — it opened in 1989 and has run from its Colleyville location since 1993. The program is a straightforward open-enrollment ladder: a Parent & Tot class for ones through threes, preschool "Pre Gym" levels, and beginner-through-advanced classes for school-age kids, plus a dedicated tumbling class. Everything books online, with live openings and waitlists so you can see what's actually available.

There's no competition team here, and that's the point of the place: skills, fitness, and fun are the end goal, not a meet schedule. The closest thing to competition is an in-house "Level Up" event where enrolled students try to advance a level and earn an award — a low-stakes milestone, not a travel-team commitment. For a family that wants their kid to learn gymnastics without signing on for a season, that's the fit.

Local Tips

The gym is on Bransford Road in Colleyville. Parents get two climate-controlled viewing spots — an upstairs observation deck and a ground-floor enclosed foyer — so you can watch class in comfort. A few practical notes:

  • There's an annual registration fee (reduced for additional children) plus a sibling/second-class discount.
  • Make-ups are available within 30 days if you reserve ahead.
  • There's a supervision charge for early drop-off or late pickup.

Day camps run through the summer and school breaks, and birthday parties use the full facility (foam pit, rock wall, trampolines).

Credentials

Sunbelt is owned and operated by Ron and Veronica Bartusiak. Ron's background is unusually deep: an Illinois state all-around champion and Junior Olympic still-rings champion, a Pac-10 All-American at the University of California-Berkeley (and its Student-Athlete of the Year), a former interpreter and liaison for USA Gymnastics with the Soviet Gymnastics Team, and an expert witness in gymnastics- and trampoline-related accident cases. Individual class-coach bios aren't published on the site.
