Our take

StrongGirl is a girls-only recreational gymnastics gym, and the Hurst location — branded "Colleyville," on the border between the two — keeps things deliberately small: preschool classes for ages two to five and recreational classes for ages six and up, capped at three or four students each. There's no competition team on this location's schedule; the offering is foundational skills, taught in a girls-only room, with the gym's own note that most students start with little or no experience.

It's also an explicitly faith-and-family gym. That's part of the brand's identity — Bible verses on the walls, optional Saturday sessions with Bible stories — held, in the company's own words, as "all families welcome; we live it, we don't preach it."
