Membership, court time, and facility rentals are each priced separately.
- Southlake resident membership is free; non-resident membership is $40 per month.
- One membership covers the household: once an account is approved, the primary holder can add any family member claimed on their IRS taxes, including dependents aged 23 or younger.
- Memberships auto-renew monthly on the activation date and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for freeze; cancelling requires a Customer Adjustment Request form at least seven business days before the next payment.
- Membership includes Open Play grouped by level at no extra charge, facility programming, equipment rentals, and demo paddles.
- Court reservations are $15 per court for one hour or $30 per court for two hours, paid at booking.
- Resident members reserve up to 14 days ahead and hold two reservations at a time, plus 12 guest passes; non-resident members book 7 days out and hold one.
- Either membership type can bring a non-member guest for a $10 daily rate, and the 5:00–6:30 AM free-play window is open to everyone at no charge.
- Reservations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before court time, not inside it, and the member who booked must be present for the whole rental.
- Facility rentals: group rentals (four courts) are $100/hour with a two-hour minimum, and private rentals of the full nine-court facility are $500/hour with a two-hour minimum and a $500 refundable deposit — both need 30 days' lead time.
- Class and clinic fees are not published.
Open daily; membership is required for on-court play, and everyone checks in at the pro shop on arrival.
Schedule
Open daily; membership is required for on-court play, and everyone checks in at the pro shop on arrival.
- Hours: a free-play window runs 5:00–6:30 AM, open to members and non-members alike; general play runs 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, extended to 10:00 PM in summer, with seasonal hours varying.
- Classes run as fixed sessions: Pickleball 101 for beginners and those who have never played, Pickleball 202 for intermediate players who know the rules and basic positioning. Classes cap at a 1:4 instructor-to-student ratio and need a 3-participant minimum to run; a class canceled for weather is made up.
- Skills Clinics run once a week and require pre-registration.
- Organized play includes Open Play grouped by level, free to members: Beginner/Intermediate runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 5:00–9:00 PM; Intermediate/Advanced runs Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:00–9:00 PM. Weekday evening Open Play blocks run later, to 10:00 PM, during summer hours, so check the current season before planning an evening session. Also DUPR Night, a seeded winners-move-up ladder requiring a DUPR rating and DUPR Club membership; and in-house and metroplex community leagues.
- Registration is through the Court Reserve app only — not by phone — and members register themselves; guests may not register.
- Closed Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
