Southlake ATA is a school on West Southlake Blvd that has taught the American Taekwondo Association's Songahm Taekwondo curriculum since 2001. The emphasis leans hard on character: the school's own message centers discipline, respect, focus, and confidence at least as much as self-defense, with the black-belt journey as the long-term through-line. Credentials

Southlake ATA is owned and operated by Teresa and Tyler Reed, who both hold 4th-degree black belts — Teresa Reed as Owner & Operator and Tyler Reed as Owner & Chief Instructor — with a combined martial-arts background spanning traditional Korean Taekwondo, Krav Maga, and Muay Thai.
