Our take

KidsUnited Grapevine is an indoor youth-soccer program for children from 18 months to 9 years, run out of a climate-controlled, padded-turf facility just off Northwest Highway in Grapevine. It uses soccer as much for early-childhood development as for the sport itself — building motor skills, balance, focus, and teamwork alongside technique.

Classes are grouped by age and build on each other. Foundation is a Parent & Me track (KUB for toddlers from 18 months, then Little Champs up to age 3.5); Fundamental (ages 3.5–9) adds technical skill and complexity; and Advanced (4.5–9) pushes 1v1 mastery, decision-making, and field vision for more serious young players. Class sizes are kept small, coaches are certified in the KidsUnited curriculum, and parents get regular feedback on their child's progress.

Who it's for: a Southlake-area family that wants a structured, year-round soccer class for a toddler or young child — indoors, rain or shine — rather than an outdoor rec league. It's a Grapevine facility that markets squarely to Southlake and the surrounding communities, and you can book a free class to try it first. Membership runs monthly, and pricing isn't posted online.

Local Tips

A Grapevine indoor-soccer program that draws heavily from the Southlake side. A few practical things:

  • It's fully indoor and climate-controlled, so classes run year-round on schedule — heat, rain, or shine.
  • The age range is wide but tightly banded — toddler Parent & Me from 18 months up through age 9, with kids grouped into KUB, Little Champs, and Drills-to-Skills tiers by age and stage.
  • The club says classes run on weekday evenings and weekends, with times varying by programme and age group; the weekly grid is on the schedule page.
  • You can book a free first class before committing, and membership is monthly.
  • It's in Grapevine, not Carroll ISD — but it's a short hop off Northwest Highway and explicitly serves Southlake families.
Credentials

KidsUnited Grapevine is staffed by coaches certified in the KidsUnited curriculum, teaching small classes with regular parent feedback on each child's progress, out of its own climate-controlled indoor facility in Grapevine.
