What's offered

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Monday–Saturday, closed Sunday. Kids run in three age tiers on weekday afternoons — Little Kids (2–4), Kids (5–7) and Big Kids (8–13) — with Thursday given over to No-Gi. Adults train All-Levels early morning and midday, then split into Beginners and Advanced classes in the evening. A daytime Homeschool class runs Monday and Wednesday mornings, No-Gi on Friday, and Saturday is kids followed by adults. Trial classes are booked through the site's calendar — pick a class type, then a date and time, and confirmations arrive by email and SMS.

Our take

413 is a small, independent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school on Davis Boulevard, on Southlake's east side. It's a single-room gym built around one instructor, Pedro Rocha, so the trade is a smaller coaching bench for direct mat time with the person actually teaching.

The program is straightforward: kids in two age groups (Little Kids 4–7, Big Kids 8–13), adults at all levels, Gi and No-Gi, plus daytime homeschool classes. The case the school makes is the standard Jiu-Jitsu one — confidence, self-defense, fitness, and discipline — with the kids' classes leaning on character values like respect and courage. Credentials
